The resort’s 43 deluxe rooms and 2 suites are all situated either directly at the beach or in a beautiful exotic garden under countless palm trees. As from 1st September we are looking for an: Assistant Resident Manager in Myanmar Your Tasks - Directing, training and motivating of local staff - Personal assistance to guests arriving in Ngapali - Food & Beverage controlling & purchase - Sales & Marketing for our affiliated partners: Savoy Hotel Yangon and Uniteam Tours & Travel - General Administrative duties - Overview of the operation during the Resident Manager’s absence - Establish behavioral standards of staff | |
| Position Requirements | |
| Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | Your Knowledge - 3 years professional experience, Focus F&B - Degree in hotel or tourism management - Very good Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Ability to write and speak English & German fluently /other foreign languages is a plus Your skills and qualities - Excellent customer orientation skills - Excellent teamwork skills - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Motivated, flexible, polite - Sociable, honest - Culture adaptability - Well-groomed appearance |
