5 star Hotel looking for Dir of Financial Controller/ Arabic Speaking
Manager and Regional Controller on any pending changes
Supervise and work with the Credit Manager in minimizing overdue balances and losses arising from delinquent accounts and to minimize losses arising from uncollected guests and city ledger accounts
Review and analyze Balance sheets, assuring transaction posted as per the chart of account; in addition to creating clear report analysis to support the operation for Decision maker.
Supervise and enforce the implementation of policies and procedures Company, as well
as ensuring quality of work by account staff.
Financial controller role, duties and responsibilities
A Financial Controller will be expected to perform any of the following tasks:
Oversee all tax and regulatory compliance issues
Prepare and submit information to statutory authorities including HMRC
Liaise with external advisors on the preparation of statutory financial information
Prepare monthly accounts (P&L and balance sheet)
Preparation of annual statutory Accounts
Preparation of Tax computations (VAT and corporation Tax)
Prepare Payroll figures
Cashflow statements
Manage insurances
Develop the forecasting models (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow)
Review company internal controls
Annual Budgeting
Person Specification
Typical qualities of a successful Financial Controller include:
Able to work on modern ERP & IT systems
Competent on Excel
Good communicatior
Hard working
Able to challenge the status quo and drive through changes
Diligent with strong attention to detail
Up to date knowledge of accounting regulations.
Good understanding of business as well as financial issues
Sound decision making
Salary 4,000 to 5000 U$ + Medical insurance + Accommodation+ Ticket etc
