 ARCHIBAT is looking for a RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT for its shanghai office. Recruitment agency specialized in the Architectural professions, ARCHIBAT was founded in 1985 in Paris by Dominique Noel and her partner Marie-Pierre Blanc, both qualified architects. ARCHIBAT ASIA was set up in Shanghai in 2007 and is now rapidly expanding on the China market.All ARCHIBAT consultants are graduate architects, Engineers, Urban designers, Interior Designers with international professional experience or HR specialists in China with strong knowledge of the Architecture and Design field Missions: - Building relationships with clients - Developing a good understanding of clients needs - Advertising vacancies appropriately and placing adverts using a wide range of media - Headhunting and identifying and approaching suitable candidates - Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short listing candidates - Checking references and suitability of candidates before referral to employers for interview - Arranging interviews for the right candidates with the clients - Preparing resumes and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants - Informing candidates about the results of their interviews and preparing letters of appointment - Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates - Offering advice to both candidates and clients Requirements: - At least BA Degree in Architecture, Interior design, Landscape or Urban Design, Human resources or marketing. - Strong interest in Architecture and design appreciated - 1-3 years previous work experience.
