Summary of essential job functions• Update and maintain the corporate organizational chart • Maintain the ADP EZLabor (Time Reporting System) o Approve/Deny time off requests o Change passwords o Update/Edit employee timecards o Audit hourly employees punches • Complete MIS forms for new hires • Order Nameplates • Correspondence with applicants that are dismissed from our process • Update college job boards • Process password changes in PLSU • Ukraine o Compile, create, and update employment contracts o Annex 2 completion o PE Registration o Bank Account establishment o Assist in recruitment process • Coordinate and schedule interviews with prospective applicants (in person or via Skype) • Preparing correspondence with applicants or interested parties • Conduct pre-interview activities including administration of candidate testing • Assist with orientation process including, but not limited to, making sure new hire has completed all necessary paperwork; all paperwork is forwarded to correct parties, and assignment of mentor • Confers with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills • Reviews applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about organization and position • Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned | |

| Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | Minimum Requirements • Strong computer skills • Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills (English & Ukrainian) • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field. |
