Experience in using defect tracking tools. Experience with performance testing. Knowledge of relational databases and methods for efficiently retrieving data from them. Ability to work independently and multi-task across multiple projects. Good written and oral communication is a must Minimum of two years experience in software quality assurance software testing required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Job Description 1. Helps define quality assurance processes and checkpoints for the production process including inputs into 2.Writes and analyzes test plans, test cases, test scripts and other testing documentation. 3. Drives testing processes prior to release to reduce errors and ensure projects are delivered accurately and in a timely manner. 4.Performs system and regression testing on a monthly and weekly schedule. 5. Collaborates with other team members in a challenging work environment. 6.Contributes toward initiatives that improve the consistency and quality of our products. 7. Assesses, analyzes and mitigates application and data related issues. 8.Mentors junior level quality assurance testing staff. 9.
