| Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | A successful candidate should match these requirements. Essential Qualifications: • The should have 5+ years of recent commercial, J2EE experience. • Good web development (html, JavaScript, css) and database (SQL, relational theory) skills. • The candidate should posses excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills. • Have the ability to work both collaboratively and with limited supervision. • Knowledge of source control packages, in particular cvs and svn. • Familiarity with unit testing techniques, in particular using JUnit. Desirable Qualification: • University degree in Computer Science or a related field. • Experience of JBoss, Spring (dependency injection, mvc, webflow, etc), EJB2, EJB3, AOP. • Experience of working in an agile development environment. • Experience of high performance, high availability systems. • Knowledge of current trends in Java / awareness of popular open source projects. • Knowledge of other languages (Groovy, C#, Ruby, Python, etc). • Knowledge of build processes: ant, maven, continuous integration. • Experience of the Gaming industry. |
