Install MT4-related systems for our clients (initial client setup, group configurations and settings, troubleshooting, general assistance).
Assisting clients with questions on the phone and by email
Introducing, implementing and optimizing procedures to streamline all client/ setup related business aspects
Communicate & coordinate with the sales team

Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Fluent in Turkish (speaking and writing)
Good technical understanding and university degree in computer science or closely related fields (minimum master’s degree)
Good people skills
Basic understanding of Foreign Exchange Markets (FX) represents a plus
