As a PLM Technical Consultant, you will help our clients solve challenging issues involving PLM system implementations. The work is fast-paced, demanding and provides unparalleled exposure to unique opportunities. Our focus is on helping clients extract value from PLM software solutions, not just on making the technology work. The Job: PLM Technical Expert / Consultant - Europe - Oracle Agile PLM In this role you will help design, develop, test, and drive adoption of software solutions for a diverse set of clients in industries such as CPG, Food and Beverage, Pharmaceutical, High Tech and Energy. Responsibilities: Facilitating business process analysis and re-engineering efforts for PLM, New Product Introduction, Commercialization, and Product Data Management processes Recommending and educating client on PLM best practices Designing and configuring PLM software Solutions (Oracle Agile PLM) to incorporate new business processes Training clients' personnel in PLM concepts and PLM software tool capabilities and functionality Performing data conversion design/loading activities Assisting in designing and developing custom reports and queries Must be willing to travel up to 85% No relocation is necessary if you are located in Europe in any of the following countries: Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy. EU/EEA citizens from other countries must be willing and able to relocate to any of the mentioned countries, preferably the Netherlands (Amsterdam office). Applicants from non-EU/EEA countries will unfortunately not be considered, a necessary work permit will not be arranged. We ask: Skill Requirements: Qualified candidates for the PLM Technical Consultant position should possess the following (minimum requirements): Bachelors or MBA degree, preferably in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or Business related Excellent understanding of PLM concepts, including New Product Introduction processes, Product Development, and Product Commercialization Ability to establish effective working relationships in a team environment Strong leadership, analytical and problem solving abilities Effective organization and time management skills, with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines Business-level written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills in English Experience Requirements: Qualified applicants for the PLM Technical Consultant position should possess the following: Previous consulting experience preferred At least one full life cycle implementation of a PLM system (Oracle Agile PLM specifically) 2-4 years experience with leading and facilitating business requirements and business process definition, application design/configuration and integrated testing activities Familiarity with PLM software packages Agile 9 or previous (Windchill, Teamcenter, PLM for Process, Enovia MatrixOne, Interspec, SAP PLM, ARAS Innovator, Accolade, etc. additionally is a plus) Experience with training and support of end users | |
