Overall Responsibility: This position is responsible for providing contracted services for the customers of AXA Assistance, specializing in emergency medical assistance and concierge services. Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): •Provide Insurance policy assistance to international customers. •Communicate with health providers to develop rapport, confirm eligibility and payment. •Determine level of service needed and eligibility of customer. •Document all relevant information effectively and accurately in case management system. •Work with team and resources to resolve client and customer issues. •Maintain monthly average score according to performance metrics. •Demonstrate initiative to communicate complaints to Senior Assistance Coordinators or the Team Leader. •Work in conjunction with Team Leader and Team Manager to meet performance goals. •Adhering to predefined quality standards, to meet client service level agreement(s). | |

| Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | Skills and Requirements: •Excellent oral and written skills required. •Microsoft Office skills required. •Proficiency on a second language required. •Detail oriented and problem resolution skills required. •Ability to work on a team required. •Shift requires working weekends. •Fluent Japanese Language. |
