We also have a subsidiary in Australia: INTEC Consultants Pty Ltd, registered in Queensland.
In brief, we are mechanical and electrical design engineers, consultants, quantity sureveyors, project and commercial managers. We are also involved in process engineering (tool hookup) in the semiconductor and pharmaceutical business.
Our clients include AMD, Infineon and Qimonda in Dresden, AMS austriamicrosystems, Austria, Merit Merrell Technology, UK, Siemens PTD, Linde KCA and Voith Siemens Hydro Power Generation just to mention a few.
Our scope of competencies include HVAC and MEP basic and detail design engineering and development of tender documentation, including tender negotiations and contract management. We are unbiased and independent client / owners representatives for project management services including quality assurance and quality control, commercial management i.e. budget and cost control, ongoing value engineering, claim management, monitoring of schedules and managing procurement.
