Service centres are operated by Hitachi/Samsung/Lennox trained technicians and are located at Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Al Ain.
New business opportunities are constantly being identified and pursued, new territories explored. In a move to provide portfolio of diversified products to meet the needs of the new generation of customers that demand latest technologies, Eros has started moving towards expanding its retail outlets in UAE region and going multi brand in these retail outlets. Eros has also forged strong alliances with major retail groups/chain stores where the direct customer base is higher. Business Alliances have been made with specialty stores in order to leverage its products in the market. The Group also operates from the Jebel Ali Free Zone and has a registered company, Digital Systems International at Jebel Ali Free Zone to further its International Business Objective.
