| Started my newspaper 2 months ago and bussiness has picked up significantly that now i can't do it alone anymore. My competitive edge is that my newspaper is a hispanic oriented newspaper, which there is none of it's kind here. My vision is to be one of the leading newspaper here in my town and eventually expand to other cities. Small as my newspaper is, i pay way above what other newspaper pay and i am not a demanding boss, and as my bussiness goes up, so will the pay and also promotions to better positions. |
