| Arch Inc is an expanding Bahraini based multidisciplinary Consultancy firm comprising of Architectural, Engineering, Master Planning, Urban Planning, Design, Interior design, graphics, Corporate/Commercial Branding, and Last but not least Landscaping services.
Currently, Arch Inc Bahrain professional team comprises of 15 staff members from an array of nationalities Europeans, Americans, Asians, and Bahrainis.
Arch Inc, have carefully considered in the selection of our partners/associates for our particular objective of better serving the best of architectural and engineering consulting services to the Kingdom of Bahrain and the neighboring Middle East and North Africa.
We have the pleasure in joining forces with Sasaki Associates, Legat architects International and A+I International from the United States of America they are known for their American Institute of Architects AIA award for design and planning. Also, we have the pleasure of joining forces with DeLeonardo MKV house of interior design base in London and the United States too which they are known for their five star hotel interior design.
Both A+ I International and Legat are premier architectural and engineering firms in the field of planning, master planning, and landscaping, value engineering, architectural and interior, infrastructure, environment services and lighting and acoustic engineering We believe this association will offer the required in house expertise to better serve our clients.
As you are aware from our conversation today Arch Inc continues to expand were next week will see the establishment of a fully operational consultancy firms in Manila the Republic of Philippines and Hong Kong China to follow within the end of this year. Our objective is to enlarge Arch Inc base of professionals with our partners in the States, Europe and Asia to provide the best our professional services to our clients in the Kingdom of Bahrain and neighboring countries.
Our Current workload in the Middle East consists of consultancy services to a number of prestigious projects.
In Bahrain, such as Gulf University new 60,000m² school campus in Sanad, Al Hekma Model School renovation and expansion approximately 37,000m², New 40,000m² residential compound in Al Hamala, and 50 storey twin tower in Al Seef District. Additionally, Arch Inc has is involved in a number of medium and low rise residential building around Bahrain.
On the interior side, Arch Inc has just completed Ithmaar Bank main offices at Addax Tower Seef District. The 3,000m² of high end finish was completed in record time of 2 months. Hannover Re Offices located at Zamil Towers in Manama Downtown is another high end finish was completed in 30 days too. Software AG is another client ready to execute their new office design at Almoayyed Towers and their existing location at the Ritz Carlton Al Seef District.
On the commercial interior side, Arch Inc has been involved in a number of commercial outlets of international brands such as Fuddruckers, Marble Slab Creamery, and Caribou Coffee in Seef Mall. Local brands, includes Jasim’s food outlets, Bella Napoli, Dajajoi, Le Chocolate outlets.
Right now on the drawing board, we are in the process of preparing our submission for our new client Batelco which consist a pedestrian bridge to be located on Maharraq HWY leading to Bahrain International Airport. Also, we are working on design concept city of 6.5Km² on reclaimed land adjacent to Manama city.
In Dubai, Arch Inc has designed a four Star hotel consisting of ten floors in the Deria, also, designed small number of private villas in Jumarha for the same client Mr. Al Mazroi.
In Algiers Algeria, Arch Inc has proposed a project design concept for a 256m² Commercial Development owned by Mr. Ibn Idrees, located between Bin Ghazi international Airport and Algiers city capital that shall consist of Business Hotel Residential Tower, Conference Center and Shopping Mall including multi car park facility .
The wide ranging and extensive experience of management and senior staff of both Arch Inc and its partners/associates in the design and execution of major projects throughout the Middle East has resulted in an in depth knowledge of construction markets, material procurement, construction regulations, contract procedures and construction law throughout the region.
