| We (firstPRO) are mid-sized company that has been in existence for over 20 years. We did 50 million in fees last year and are a woman owned company (Section 8 Licensure pending). We specialize in diversity placement and work within Life Sciences with companies like Amgen, Bayer and Pfizer to help with diversity initiatives and a myriad other companies on retained and contingency placement with no particular onus on diversity. We provide Diversity focused placements within Accounting and Finance and Supply Chain/Manufacturing and Legal for companies like Pepsi Co., Southern Co., Home Depot and The Gates Foundation. My group places candidates in the following areas within industry: MD's in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Drug Safety. All levels of Regulatory Affairs. MD, PhD, Pham D's in field positions (MSL's). Project and Product Managers and Clinical Directors as well as CRA's.
I have been in Industry for over 12yrs. During that time I have built a rolodex of companies and diversity driven companies that is expansive. The scale and scope of my background ranges from working with MD's, Sales and Marketing, and C-Level and Board Level Diversity candidates on executive level retained, and contingent searches |
