| If you would like to make a difference, the Arizona Department of Health Services is looking for professionals to join our survey teams. Degree required, nursing background a plus. Work with teams to conduct licensing surveys and complaint investigations for the Division of Licensing Services in one of five offices: Long Term Care (nursing homes), Assisted Living, Medical Facilities (Hospitals, Home Health/Hospice, and Oupatient Facilities.
