| Bilingual daycare for children aged 4 months to 5 years.
Our tasks closely relate to what we consider to be the childrenˇ¦s needs. Although children are equipped from birth to discover the world for themselves, they are in need of protection and depend on us for our sensitive understanding. It is our main duty, therefore, to offer them qualified, responsible staff who follow them in their interests, recognize their needs and thereby show patience and affection for them.
We consider it our main duty to:
„X offer the children a friendly, stimulating environment that respects them as persons
„X provide them with sensory perceptions as well as experiences with nature
„X further their social competences (e.g. communication, forming of opinions and empathy)
„X allow them to experience cultural and social diversity, the aim being not only to practice tolerance, but also to recognize diversity as a chance to see things a new way
„X and last but not least, to allow parents to combine family and career and to be their partner in bringing up their children.
