The exchange of culture, heritage, history and traditions between International Participants, Local Workers or Local Guests in hotels, is promoted via direct interaction at occasions like cultural nights, cultural shows, cultural presentations, guest check-ins & check-outs or even while taking an order for dinner. At special events the local workers and International Participants wear their national costumes, make national foods, give national presentations, and so on and so forth. Not only this, they even get an opportunity to live with each other and learn more.
