| The Pythian Youth Foundation of CA was founded in 1946 to operate the 19 acre Pythian Youth Camp, which is located at 7,000 feet in the Sequoia National Forest. The camp has hosted approximately 300 children between 9 and 11 years of age each summer. The Pythian Youth Camp was made available to the Foundation by President Truman to provide disadvantaged children the opportunity to have the wilderness camping experience. |
