| We are a trucking company that has no employees but accepts leased on owner/operators. We haul cheese back and forth to California and back. Also, we have weekly loads to and from California. My wife is the dispatcher and confirms the loads and writes up the settlements. We are a very succesive company and we have a higher fuel surchage which gives a good competitive edge in the market. All previous employees or owner operators wanted us to rehire them but we wouldn`t. We pay very well for every load we recieve. Also, you will learn more from working with us. Each owner operator is paid on commission which means you are paid on every load you take after a small fee from us for the booking of the load. |
