| We are a start-up high end bakery which specializes in artisan cakes. We will produce cakes, baby cakes, cupcakes, cookies, brownies and more. We will have standard offerings as well as custom orders. We will establish a central kitchen as our first step; at this stage we will concentrate on custom orders, deliveries and developing our products. Within six months we will open our first mall location with more locations to follow subsequently.
At the moment, we are developing the business model for a growing business that will expand to have several units and franchises in the Gulf area.
