| Juel Park Lingerie, Inc., was originally founded in 1929. JP is named after its original founder and owner Mrs. Juel Park. The original Juel Park Lingerie Company specialized in designing and creating one of kind lingerie garments for many of Hollywood`s greatest starlets and socialites. The Juel Park Lingerie brand continues to be recognized for producing many of the most innovative stylistically designed lingerie pieces worldwide.
Still in business, the original Juel Park Lingerie Company continues to produce lingerie garments for a select few.
In 2009, the family owned and operated original Juel Park Lingerie Co., hired business consultants, the goal: update and modernize the world-renowned original Juel Park Lingerie brand for 21st century consumer while preserving the original Juel Park Lingerie’s approach to personal services and to continue to make the one of a kind lingerie pieces that are the hallmark of the Juel Park Lingerie brand.
To meet said goal, the original Juel Park Lingerie Co. underwent a complete restructuring and reorganization of its’ business operations. In the first quarter of 2009, a new business plan and marketing plan was developed.
Keeping in mind the worldwide recognition of the original Juel Park Lingerie brand, the new company kept the name Juel Park Lingerie with one exception, "Couture" has been added to the company’s name. The company will now conduct business as Juel Park Couture Lingerie Inc., hereinafter ("JP").
Under the new business model, JP will replicate the original designs that Juel Park, company, founder, and owner created. In addition, JP will create updated and/or new designs as requested by their new clientele base using the same high standards of quality and care that the original Juel Park Company based its reputation from.
