Dd Training Business Consultants and Staffing Solutions deals primarily with Contract and Permanent placements. We specialise in the selection and recruitment of people living with disabilities as well as abled candidates and our client’s represent the various business sectors from the Private to Public Sectors. Our client requirements are nationally and we also do placements in the various Sub-Saharan Countries, and have Portuguese, Italian, French, German and Spanish speaking candidates on our database.

One of our core functions operating within the Human Resources environment for the past Ten years is to provide our clients with competent candidates living with disabilities.
In the instance of Employment Equity, we strongly believe that whilst recruitment is very important, it is critical to ensure that retention is addressed throughout the Disability Management Planning and Implementation Process.
The Employment Equity Act has laid out very specific requirements in terms of the placement of people with disabilities in organisations. We aim to simplify the recruitment process of people with disabilities for our clients by sourcing, assessing and interviewing suitable people with disabilities who are able to add value to your organisation.
To ensure that this takes place, we offer support throughout the recruitment cycle and beyond, to the employer as well as the employee. The holistic cycle is adapted to meet each client’s needs in terms of current and desired state.
