1- Ensure Shop drawings are checked / signed by authorized design personnel.
2- Follow up with Fabrication drawings.
3- Follow up with production schedule.
4- Update work order register.
5- Update production order schedule.
6- Coordinate to ensure timely delivery of accessories and notify project manager / senior project manager of delays.
7- Coordinate with factory and collect tentative delivery schedule and forward it to project manager for follow up.
8- Prepare project status report on weekly basis.

College/Bachelor degree in civil/mechanical engineering
General construction experience
Experience in Similiar position
Knowledge of AutoCad
Very good knowledge of MS Office
Fluent in the English language
Very good communication skills |
