Our client, a stock market listed, leading offline and online Sports Book, Casino and Poker Room operator, requires a commercially experienced Manager to coordinate all marketing activity in Poland. The role will focus on promoting the companys online product portfolio, with initially activities centering on the Sports Book side of business.The ideal candidate will have experience in the Polish online marketing sector and will speak English and Polish fluently. Strong understanding and experience of both online and offline marketing is required as you will be targeted ondriving customers to the online gaming products.
Responsibilities will include:
Day to day management of the relevant site.
Customer management and development.
Customer profiling and retention.
Customer acquisition (with the marketing and business development teams).
Responsible for delivering bottom-line profit.
Management reporting.
Skills
Excellent understanding and experience of online marketing is required as you will be targeted on driving customers to the online brand. You will be responsible for creating and managing online marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding and experience of the development, implementation and measurement of off-line marketing campaigns through various media channels is required.
Proven ability to negotiate effectively with local Advertising and Design agency suppliers and Media outlets
Creativity and vision - able to improvise and effectively solve problems
Awareness of the impact of legal frameworks when developing marketing strategy
Strong interpersonal skills - ability to influence & inspire others and to work effectively in a multi-geography team
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience with a leading online marketing organisation.
