| Job Description: |
The Vice President of Development serves as a key member of Corporate and is the lead fundraising professional responsible for creating, communicating, working, implementing, and evaluating Strategic, Annual Development Plans and Budgets that successfully and timely achieve raising $4 to $6 million a year to support the missions.
Licensure/certification:
• certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) preferred.
Education/experience/skills required:
• successful and demonstrated experience envisioning, strategizing, coordinating, leading, communicating, managing, and achieving raising $4 to $6 million annually in donations, planned gifts, grants, visible special events and community outreach programs for a nonprofit multi-site charity.
• Five to ten years’ senior level development, fundraising, planned giving, grants, and community relations experience.
Salary to $120,000 + Bonus
