-The Director will lead and direct the overall R&D efforts for the Fiber Cement Business.
-You will formulate applied research and development programs focused on advancing the competitive position and profitability of business operations and products -Lead and manage the development of new/improved products
Experience Required:
-BS Degree in a technical field. An MS / PhD Degree in Chemical Engineering /Materials Science with -Expertise in pulp and paper or cement preferred -Business degree would be a plus -10 years of experience in a technical field with at least 5 years in a management role -Building Materials or Construction Industry experience is a plus
Salary to: $125,000 + bonus
