The Unique Opportunity:
As a Senior Consultant you will work as part of a dynamic team encompassing research, analysis, strategy building and implementation for all market facing functions of the client organisation, ranging from market entry and penetration strategies, opportunity assessment, procurement strategies, competitive benchmarking, product development and due diligence.
Role Summary:
Project Leadership Design and manage projects from start to completion as the key contact for the client and managing the project team internally
Business Development Develop leads with the sales team and win engagements with new and existing clients
Team Development Manage the development of the consulting team (5 members) through strategic focus, innovative ideas, best practice standards and training of junior consultants
Key Responsibilities:
Design, plan, cost, control and manage consulting projects
Develop sound and concise reports, papers and presentations
Develop business and market research contents and methodologies
Develop relevant, strategic and tactical recommendations
Confidently present and communicate your own and your teams findings to clients at all levels
Confidently apply and adapt strategy and management tools
Understand and manage client expectations
Develop leads into engagements with highest value to client
Create leads and repeat business from current engagements
Contribute to internal development of Frost & Sullivans consulting offering, standards and processes
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Minimum 4 years experience as consultant, analyst or marketing manager in either consultancy or industry
Relevant degree with demonstrable understanding of business focus and markets at a global level
In depth experience of market research, strategy development and marketing tools and methodologies
Outstanding communication, organisational and leadership skills
Knowledge and experience in one or more of our vertical markets Energy, Power Equipment, Oil&Gas, Building Technology, Integrated Facility Management, Safety & Security, Water & Wastewater or Waste Management
MBA Desirable
Fluent European Language Skills
