We are currently recruiting for one Consultant to join our Industrial Automation and Process Control team.
The Consultant will have at least three years relevant experience, in industrial research as well as strategy consulting experience and strong business development and management skills.
Role Summary:
As a Consultant you will have an engagement leadership role and will be responsible for the outcome of the project. This will involve working very much on the client’s behalf and seeing the results in that context. You will be responsible for building consensus on actions during the project, while delivering high quality results. You will also be responsible for leveraging other team members both within Frost & Sullivan and the client, and will be good at coaching both sets of people.
You will report directly to the Consulting Manager
Overall responsibility:
• The successful fulfilment and delivery of major strategic projects;
• The management of analyst teams, both within Frost & Sullivan and the client’s organisation;
• The building and development of research and analytical skills among junior colleagues.
You will have a proven track record as a lead analyst and project manager .You will now be ready to step up to build your career within a stimulating and challenging client facing environment in a fast-moving business in which you will be given opportunity to make a substantial contribution to the development of our business and its proposition.
The ideal candidate will possess:
• Outstanding leadership traits and a breadth of exposure to different management environments.
• Demonstrable analytical and management skills, and the ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
• Superb project management skills ensuring delivery and fulfilment are always met to deadline and budget
• Good interpersonal, presentational, communication and influencing skills
• A genuine interest in global industry and trade development issues
• An ability to develop new concepts and to learn new fields quickly
Experience
Essential:
Masters-level education in business ideally MBA, which a track record of academic excellence.
Experience in fulfilment of research projects including editorial experience, strategy development, project delivery, and company analysis.
Demonstrated ability to successfully engage with the senior management of major European organisations
English Mother tongue
Desirable: A second European language. Preference will be given to German language.
