| Job Description: |
Planning and formulating CPM Networks that describe the construction of various type of projects, including, but not limited to, Buildings, MEP Installations, Roads and Infrastructure works. Presenting to the Project Manager solutions proposed to resolve the construction issues and the causes of delay. Analysing and coordinating the interfaces and overlaps tying in the various construction packages. Monitoring the progress of construction works, preparing executive reports in this regard to Project Manager, depicing the status of such works, and outlining the ways forward. Identifying actual/ potential causes of delay which impact the completion of works, recommending to this effect remedial solutions that eliminate/ mitigate/ recover such delays.

| Skills Required: |
Candidates should have Degree in Civil Engineering. Should be able to develop and implement planning/scheduling practices and procedures, integrate contract, schedules and cost. Should possess excellent skills in Microsoft project / primavera and be able to prepare works programme and method statement. Good organisational, reporting and communicational skills required.
