| Job Description: |
World´s largest provider of outsourced workplaces with 750 centres in 60 countries worldwide is looking for a New Business Manager to be responsible for one of it´s business centres in Madrid.
Under the direct supervision of the Area Director or the Team leader, the New Business Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the given business centre, including chief responsibility for the sales, operations, profitability, appearance and success of the centre.
Accountable for achieving and maintaining centre sales, marketing and financial objectives in conjunction with the Area Director.
Main Responsibilities:
•generating profitable new business within the Business Centre
•Generating sales to signated external prospects through effective lead generation
•Must maintain a high conversion and close rate.
•Contact and Relationship Management;
•Responsible for retention, expansion and renewal of current client contracts.
•Responsible for managing the Customer Service Team, which includes Customer Service Manager and Customer Service Representatives: motivating, training and coaching of the Center team members.
Education/experience:
•bachelor Degree (preferred)
•Fluent English and Spanish
•Minimum 2+ years of management experience
•Proven customer service and sales experience in a service related B2B environment
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 2000 and IT/Telecoms conversant
•Demonstrated ability to work with financials, including P&L reports.
