1)You will need to be technically competent and have a genuine interest in the I.T. environment. Moreover, while you do not need to be technically brilliant, the desire and ability to learn is paramount to your success within the Contact Centre.
2) You will be customer services focused and have a genuine interest in the whole area of customer satisfaction. Ideally, you will have worked in a Contact Centre before and/or a customer services sector, primarily on the phone.
3) It is imperative that you are a team player! Your ability to get on with people, customers, your colleagues and management is very important.
Where do I work
You will work in our Contact Centre and you will form part of a team which is managed by a Team Manager. You will use headphones to take calls and each person will be equipped with a computer pertinent to the customer you are supporting. You will spend most of your day on the phone to customers. You will also be required to do an amount of administrative work which involves logging customers calls in a central database.
