| Job Description: |
Prepares and operates computer numerically controlled equipment, cells or clusters.
•Ensures the correct machine and/or cell settings and corresponding results via computer program and appropriate tool placement and use.
•On a production basis, process work pieces to specifications and select, install and adjust tooling and attachments for specific programs.
•Read and interpret blueprints and related technical data, loading automatic feeding devices, and beginning daily machine operations.
•Inspects work pieces for conformity and tolerance specifications by using mechanical and electrical measuring devices in order to correct malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions.
•Replace accessories, changing program parameters, maintaining machines, following all defined safety procedures and performing any other related duties.

| Skills Required: |
High school diploma or equivalent.
•6 years CNC experience (graduation from certified apprenticeship program and 1 year of CNC experience may be substituted for 5 years CNC experience).
•CNC software performance and modification competency.
