Our client, a leading online gaming company based in Gibraltar, currently has an opening for Transaction Services Representative.
Working to assist customers with transaction or verification related queries, the successful applicant will handle a range of enquiries via telephone or email, and work to provide a fast resolution to them.
Duties and responsibilities:
Handling a wide variety of player queries via email and telephone on player accounts regarding verification, bonus, missing deposits, missing cash outs, depositing and withdrawing funds etc.
Liaising with various teams in Gibraltar, Bulgaria and India to resolve customer queries.
Analyzing individual situations and taking appropriate action to ensure that customer needs and internal policies are met.
Understanding and delivering service to agreed service levels.
Reporting Cashier malfunctions and general problems experienced by the customers.
Ensuring accurate documentation and confidentiality of customer information.
Contributing to process improvements.
Skills and experience:
English plus German as a second language to an advanced level.
The ability to perform well in a multi-task demanding environment.
Strong logical reasoning skills with an analytical approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good Windows and Microsoft Office skills.
Basic knowledge of online money processing.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
A proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who has a flexible approach to work and understands the importance of providing a professional service to customers.
Confident to make decisions with the ability to exchange, analyze, and interpret information. You will have a flair for influencing people and finding solutions in a fast paced environment as part of a team in a diverse cultural environment. You will possess logical reasoning skills with an analytical approach, and be willing to work shifts.
