Our client, a leading UK law firm with an office in Marbella (Spain), currently has an opening for an Insurance Claims Handler.
The successful applicant will be responsible for handling car insurance claims on behalf of the clients. This will involve dealing with the repair garages (Spanish), the policy holders (usually UK), the insurance companies and the 3rd party claimants as well as the lawyer dealing with the case. Your role will involve keeping all the relevant parties informed and ensuring the smooth running of the claims process.
You will speak fluent English and fluent Spanish, be highly organised with excellent spoken and written communication skills (in both languages) and have the ability to multitask.
