Experience in retrospective and prospective forensic analysis of prolongation and disruption claims in major construction projects. Must be well experienced in using ‘Time-Impact’ analysis. Ability to use planning software such as Primavera is a must. Should be able to produce high-quality analytical reports, clearly establishing causation, including necessary graphical presentation. A sound knowledge in construction law and FIDIC will be certainly an advantage. |
