In house Corporate Lawyer
Our client is an international Bank that offers banking and other financial services across the European Union, to a range of clients including Corporate, Institutional investors and high net worth individuals. The Bank offers complete banking solutions and is a leader in cash-collateralised lending. Due to their continued growth they are currently looking to recruit two Lawyers for their in house Legal team.
The Role
•Reviewing and negotiating loan documents for various loan facilities
•Gathering and resolving open items for funding Conducting due diligence examinations
•Consulting with in-house legal and outside counsel on complex transactions and document negotiations
•Ensuring timely process communications with all appropriate parties
•Ensuring accurate documentation of complex financing transactions
•Providing general in-house legal advice on matters of corporate law and regulatory requirements
The Candidate:
•3 -5 years qualified lawyer ideally in International Financial/Commercial/Banking law
•Familiarity with commercial loan documentation and an understanding of security requirements in an international context.
•Good understanding of EU practice and EU Employment legislation
