An excellent opportunity has arisen for a senior auditor who is looking to move out of the profession into the trust and fiduciary sector with one of the worlds leading companies who have an unparalleled reputation for quality and excellence.
The Role
•Review all the company procedures, processes and risks associated with all departments in order to ensure all exposures/risks are evaluated.
•Identify and evaluate current systems and procedures and be able to provide an opinion and solution to any remedial action where required.
•Diagnose operational risks and identify potential areas of improvement in business processes.
•Make recommendations and Communicate audit findings to senior management
•Management and review of other internal audit staff ensuring consistency of audit approach, rating and findings.
•Liaise with external auditors in relation to both the Financial Audit and IT audits of the organisation.
•Monitor business processes to continually strive for improvement.
Qualifications, skills and competencies required:
•Candidates must be 3-5 years post qualified ACA or ACCA with Audit experience either through industry or practice.
•Highly motivated individual with the ability to work 'stand alone’
•Well-developed interpersonal skills, team player and willing to learn.
•Ideally an understanding of IT related issues
•Strong project management skills.
•Ability to produce meaningful reports and presentations.
