The Role:
•Oversee client service delivery and ensure that SLA agreements are adhered to
•Formulate and implement client service program specific to the clients requirements
•Liaise internally with key operational areas to ensure awareness by all of client requirements
•Meet with clients on a periodic basis to ascertain customer needs
•Facilitate and co-ordinate take-on of new client portfolios
•Monitor Trading, Settlement and Transfer activity on client accounts
•Assist in resolution of complex client issues, report potential issues to the client
•Co-ordinate client request for and monitor existing credit facilities and forward rate agreements
•Liaise with Credit Department and clients regarding cash management
•Monitor Client Desk queries for important client issues and trends
Qualifications skills and competences required:
•Strong communication skills both written and oral
•Ability to demonstrate strong commitment to meeting deadlines
•Excellent organisational and time management skills
•Ability to work on own initiative
•Strong Team Player
•2+ years experience in Mutual Fund and Hedge Fund Industry
