Job Description: To assist in all aspects of the administration for a wide range of onshore and offshore funds which may include trusts, limited partnerships and companies. More senior levels may also be expected to supervise and train junior staff.

Client Reporting

„XCritical background knowledge of entities worked on
„XEffective communication with client, investors and other associated parties (based worldwide)
„XDealing with queries in an efficient and timely manner
„XCollating information for US tax returns
„XCollating information for UK tax returns

Purchase and Sale of Investments

„XImplements approval process effectively
„XReview of documentation / record maintenance
„XImplementation of payment / receipt of funds procedure
„XCorrectly records receipt of documents of title and able to reconcile on a timely basis (safe custody)
„XCorrectly records the receipt of funds
„XUnderstands purpose of holding companies

Preparation of Asset Reconciliations

„XUnderstands the call/distribution process
„XLiaises with Client and investors regarding receipt/payment of monies
„XLiaises with financial institutions receiving or making payment of funds
„XReviews and maintains records
„XAn understanding of basic book keeping
„XRequirement to liaise with more senior staff
„XUnderstands cash management procedures for specific entities
„XAbility to prepare bank accounts on a monthly basis
„XPrepares accounts reporting pack

Loans (Debt providers or shareholders)

„XImplements approval process effectively
„XAbility to maintain all relevant loan documentation

Basic Company Secretarial Knowledge

„XUnderstands basic Company Secretarial Procedures
„XUnderstands how to draft Company Minutes for multiple jurisdictions
„XUnderstands how to draft Company Agenda

Transfer of shares or Limited Partnership Interests

„XUnderstands the process applicable to the entity
„XUnderstands anti-money laundering regulations and how to maintain records

Compliance

„XHas an understanding of the main Jersey legislation as it effects entities under
„Xadministration i.e. Jersey Company Law, COBO, POI and FNCC legislation

IT Systems

„XIT Systems Knowledge
„XObservation of departmental guidelines in respect of drafting new spreadsheets.
„XCompetent operation of Investran ¡V a tailored private equity software package (full training provided
