(Contract to Hire) Houston, TX
One of the Nation's largest energy company’s is looking for Analyst for their Database Marketing Development group. This group provides operational analysis and support for retail marketing activities, and campaigns, working with all aspects of Retail Marketing.
The Marketing Database will enable business processes such as:
(1) Acquisition and integration of marketing information
(2) Use of value-based customer segmentation to identify any untapped business opportunities
(3) Sophisticated target marketing driven by integrated predictive models; and (4) Design, execution and analysis of sophisticated in-market experiments to evaluate and optimize alternative campaign variables.

Skills Required:: |
5+ years related experience required including:
• Direct Response Marketing experience with direct marketing users or vendors. Solid background in database marketing processes and systems, including campaign management and coordination. Thorough understanding of direct marketing process flow; able to identify needs and formulate solutions
• Knowledge of marketing database hardware platforms and experience and expertise using commercial data integrity software packages.
• Some experience using Campaign Management from one or more of the follow companies; Unica, Aprimo, SAS.
Education:
Undergraduate degree with coursework in quantitative disciplines such as Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or Information Technology is required.
