| Job Description: |
We are seeking to hire a Project Manager for EMV Change Management Project , reporting directly to the EMV Program Director. The requirements of the Project Manager for the Change Management Project are as follows:
I. Work as PM reporting directly to the EMV Program Director.
II. Manage the Change Management Project as part of the EMV Migration Program.
III. Facilitate the smooth operation of all organizational and business changes for the implementation of EMV in Bank facilities and environment.
**** Specifically he will be required to:
• Prepare the project and the stage plans in a project schedule.
• To manage the project, based on the baseline project schedule.
• To define the responsibilities and allocate resources to these.
• To monitor and control the progress.
• To report on the progress and deviations to the program manager.
• To enforce procedures for quality assurance and scope changes.
• To ensure maintenance of a risks and issues log.
• Maintaining the project artifacts, including:
o Scope document
o Risk log
o Issue log
o Change register
o Project schedule
o Budget, expenditure register
o Progress reports
• Work in close cooperation with the project and departemental managers.
• Advise and guide on the use of project management standard techniques and procedures.
***** Qualifications:
• Relevant university degree
• At least 5/10 years proven PM experience and skills with change projects.
• At least 5/10 years proven experience and skills with all aspects of organizational changes.
• Solid business and technical knowledge and experience in retail/wholesale banking is preferred.
