| Job Description: |
This leading hospital based in Kuwait is seeking experienced Senior Clinical Nurses for permanent roles based in Kuwait.
In this role your key responsibilities will include as follows:
1. Manages the day-to-day activities of nursing and support staff, ensuring a quality practice environment is established where staff can develop to their full potential.
2. Effectively and efficiently delivers care to patients in the medical diabetes service by directing, coordinating and evaluating clinical processes and systems.
3. Administers the personnel and operational budget for the cost center within the service.
4. Working within a collaborative model, promotes evidence-based practice and champion continuous improvement within the Service.
5. Acts as clinical liaison for other patient care services in the center.
6. Additionally, is responsible for: implementation of organizational goals, priorities and strategies at the unit level; short and long term fiscal planning including resource allocation decisions; planning, implementing and evaluating the unit’s progression toward goals; and organising, controlling and evaluating the operation of the Service.
7. Actively participates in continuing education, patient education and CQI activities.
8. Participates in progressive improvement/quality improvement programs to improve clinical practice.
9. Participates in research studies and clinical investigations as organized by the center.
Performs other professionally related duties as required by the organization.
To apply you will be a Graduate of a reputable School of Nursing and have excellent experience in Nursing. You should also have up to five years experience in wound care / internal medicine / diabetology / endocrinology of which 3 years in senior role.
In return you will receive a salary of up to $46,000 USD Tax Free per annum plus free shared accommodation, flights, transportation, insurances, bonuses and other benefits.
