| Job Description: |
We are seeking a highly talented individual with expertise and strong analytical skills to lead and support the Change Management component of large-scale Enterprise Data arehouse implementation in a Banking orangization .
** Key Responsibilities:
1. Designs and delivers change management during the life cycle of the program
2. Define the change and assess change impacts for deploying new or improved technologies, standards, practices, processes, policies and procedures
3. Build an understanding of internal and external service level agreements, key performance indicators, and work to ensure they are minimally affected by changes
4. Develop and implement recommendations to mitigate changes risks and business impacts (include sponsorship, motivation, managing resistance and communication plans)
5. Communicate process changes, enhancements, and modifications – verbally or through written documentation – to management and associates so that issues are well understood
6. Provides advice and support to Project Managers and program team on best practices for change leadership.
7. Partners with HR to develop and deploy change management methodologies and procedures.
8. Partner with HR/Communications to ensure integration of communication plans with change management plans

5. Change Management / Enablement experience

9. Organization/Job/Team Design and Effectiveness
10. Proven knowledge in the following areas: Change Readiness Assessment, Program/Project Management,
11. Managing Stakeholder Requirements/Expectations/End-user Service
12. Ability to build productive working relationships with others

Skills Required:: |
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Minimum of Seven (7) years in change management or Organizational Design experience
2. Strong capability in reading organizational culture, leadership evaluation.
3. Experience in organizational risks with knowledge in creating survey tools, analyzing results, build change management plan
4. Experience in deploying change management action plans
5. Experience developing and conducting leadership workshops
6. Comfortable working with senior level management
7. Exemplary communication, presentation and relationship management skills
8. Excellent leadership, teambuilding, motivation and facilitation skills
9. Excellent initiative and team spirit
10. Adaptable to the flexible needs of a multi-service team environment
11. Ability to creatively plan, direct and perform change management engagement

Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A.), or Social Sciences with reengineering background (M.Sc.), or Organizational Analysis and Development (M.A.P.)
