| Job Description: |
Our client a reputable and established property developer in Cyprus operating for over a half of a century, with diverse activities in the construction industry, including contracting, property development and property investment, with a significant client portfolio in Cyprus and abroad.
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Responsible for the newly set up Architectural Department
•Work through all design stages: From client presentation drawings to Planning, Application, Detailed Design, and Specifications
•Consultation and support to the company’s site engineers, sub-contractors and suppliers
•Preparation of preliminary plans and reports for future projects
•Monitoring the process for the issuance of building licenses
The successful candidate will be trained and guided by senior management and will report directly to the company directors

| Skills Required: |
Qualifications/Experience:
•Bachelor/Masters Degree in Architecture
•Candidate must be a fully qualified Architect according to the Cyprus Scientific & Technical Chamber (ETEK)- i.e. Qualified to work in all EU countries
•3 – 5 years of Architectural experience in Residential Buildings, Apartments, Offices
•Excellent communicational skills both internal (colleagues & other departments) and external (government offices, clients, subcontractors and suppliers)
•Excellent knowledge of English Language (Knowledge of Greek Language a major advantage)
•Dynamic and ambitious with strong initiative
•Positive attitude and professionalism
