As a condominium client consultant you will be responsible for:
Assist with client problem resolution, client satisfaction and client retention;
Design market research questionnaires;
Conduct social or economic surveys on local, or regional areas to assess development potential and future trends;
Plan development projects and co-ordinate activities;
Assess business opportunities;
Conduct surveys and analyze data;
Evaluate customer service, prepare reports and research papers;
Plan and develop E-commerce strategies.
Required Experience/Knowledge:
The candidate must have a minimum 3 years a condominium client consultant experience with strong knowledge of condominium management industry;
Minimum of university degree or equivalent;
Extensive experience in client services and business administration.
