Our client in Gibraltar is expanding their offices and looking for a Bingo Chat Host. The chat rooms are a key customer touch point and you will act as the “front line” or “face” of the company. This individual will play a vital role in support of the main Player Retention and Marketing objectives. You must have the following attributes; comfortable with the Internet with some technological awareness; good typing speed; familiar with the game of Bingo (whether land-based or online); familiar with online chat rooms, ie “lingo” – or willingness and ability to learn. You will be required to; create and maintain a lively, friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the chat room; encourage players to feel they ‘belong’/are part of the family; create and manage successful chat room promotions (including suggesting new ideas for games or events); get to “know” the players and develop good professional relationships; listen effectively to player’s opinions needs, suggestions, ideas and feedback; increase awareness of and encourage participation in ongoing Events and promotions; police the chat room(s) and ensure players ‘chat’ within rules (e.g. no talking about competitors etc) and develop and maintain competitor and industry awareness.
