| Job Description: |
Civil engineer: Min. 5 years experience in building construction , (concrete works,earth works, survey works, finishing), having experience in road work & hardscapping (paving, curbstones works) is an advantage.
Prepare and monitor cost estimates, develop layouts and details of structure/s of a project or part of a project, along with others at parallel position and guide and train juniors within the standard procedures of the company for using applicable codes of practices to ensure accomplishment of project schedule with uniform superior quality and cost efficient design. Administer and control department activities within the framework of company procedures to ensure smooth and effective functioning of department in absence of superior.
Competent skills in the use of AutoCAD, Experience with x-steel and/or pro-steel at least 2 years experience in oil and gas refinery or petrochemical industries.
Ability to work in a design office environment with office systems
Skills Required: Good understanding of latest development in the field of civil engineering with respect to design codes, materials of construction and national / international industrial regulations / laws.
·Well conversant with computer programs for design like STAAD-III or SAP, AutoCAD
·Proficient in English and Indonesian ( preferable)
