| Job Description: |
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
•Identify, develop relationships, negotiate and present revenue opportunities, create solutions and reciprocal wholesale agreements with multiple Asian, European, Canadian and U.S. carriers.
•Identify all vendors strong directs and main contributor to the buying of quality routes at decreased rates to increase company profits.
•Identify all customer needs for good quality routes and increasing company sales revenue.
•Facilitate the initial process of the projects; ensure the success of the contracts by questioning and clarifying potential problems and to provide creative solutions for individual carrier needs.
•Responsible for reviewing all agreements, clarify and negotiate any amendments and terms on agreements, then submitting to the CEO for signature.
•Responsible for being the facilitator and providing creative solutions to the finance department, billing disputes and to negotiate success for both carriers.
•Manage and coordinate schedule of route test process between carriers and my CTO and to resolve any problems with creative solutions.
•Manage and do follow up with CTO all new routes testing from existing vendors and determine the positioning of the carrier into the routing and the LCR.
•Manage the performance of all the vendors and the repositioning of carriers when performance drops below the benchmark. Request trouble ticket to be issued and do follow up with vendor sales person if needed.
•Manage and oversee the daily performance of the customer routes. Request an internal technical investigation before and during customer complaints.

Skills Required:: |
- Industry related experience with mobile telephone operators and/or companies mandatory.
- Good understanding of roaming, billing and technical requirements for wireless networks.
- Ability to interact with cross functional teams.
- PC literacy.
- Knowledge of the working of the GSM Association.
- First Degree.
