Required Experience :
Position will be responsible for supervising/managing/overseeing the Maintenance aspects of this Island Resort. Should have experience in Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing. An all rounder in the field of engineering. Should have experience in dealing with Generator sets.
Requires a minimum of 5 year(s) of managerial experience. Must have worked in a five star/ Four star hotel of 100 rooms as a Assistant Maintenance Manager for Three Years or as a Maintenance Manager for Two Years.
Approximate full time staff under this position: 10
This position reports to: The Unit General Manager.
Position will be required to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and week-ends.
Technical Requirements:
Should have experience in Dealing with Solar Systems and equipments.
Should have experience in Reverse Osmosis and Water Technics
Should be able to conduct minor repairs and schedule preventive maintenance for all the plant and machinery.
Should have experience in Maintaining Swimming Pools, Filteration Plants etc.
