Senior QA/QC NDT Inspectors
Work Scope
Responsible for inspection programs for major oil & gas projects to meet established integrity management programs.
Key Areas: implementation and administration of quality assurance and condition monitoring programs & procedures.
Day-to-day inspection of pressure vessels, process piping, structural facilities, gauges and extraction processing equipment, utilization of inspection technologies and industry codes/standards.
Carry out dimensional measurements/visual inspections of components, materials, products, parts, ensure compliance with inspection, test plan and purchase orders
Audit new vendor facilities; provide leadership and expertise to ensure engineering deliverables, off site construction, on-site construction meet quality management systems and health & safety standards
Preferred candidates will have at least 5 years Quality Inspection in oil and gas; have certifications in CGSBINDT level II, Thermography, CWB Level II, API 570/510, NACE Corrosion and Welding Certification.
Candidates should have relevant project experience in offshore platforms; pipelines, petrochemical or refineries, must be conversant with offshore codes and standards.
